2. Protocol Mechanics

Aevum Wallet is a non-custodial software protocol running on the Canton Network. The protocol utilizes Daml smart contracts to enable atomic, decentralized transactions.

• **Non-Custodial**: We do not hold your assets, control user funds, or have the ability to arbitrarily modify smart contract state.
• **Risk Acknowledgement**: All interactions on the Global Synchronizer are executed at your sole risk.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to access or use the software for:

• Engaging in market manipulation, wash trading, or illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to bypass sub-transaction privacy or verified KYC modules.
• Systematically retrieving data to create competitive databases.
